Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, a hashed password, and security settings such as two-step sign-in.
• Church membership: which churches you belong to and your role.
• Outreach records: areas, street and house visits (with who and when), and notes.
• Saved souls and follow-up records, which can include the names, addresses, and optional contact details (age, sex, language, ethnicity, phone, email) of other people, entered by members.
• Location: during a soul-winning session, GPS is used to mark houses you stay beside as visited for your church, even if your live pin is hidden. On the iPhone app, location keeps updating with the screen locked or another app open, and it stops when you end the session. Your live location is shown to your church only when "Show my location to my church" is on. GPS is also used when you choose "use my location" or record a walk. SoulWin does not keep a location history.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To run SoulWin: to sign you in, show your church its areas, coverage, live map, and follow-up list, to send account emails (such as verification codes), and to keep the service secure. House outlines come from Overture Maps, which includes Microsoft building footprints. Addresses come from Riverside County open GIS data and Overture. Streets come from OpenStreetMap.

Who can see it

Church data is visible only to members of that same church. Admins of a church can see and manage all records in that church. Members of other churches cannot see it.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If bot protection is turned on, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data to tell people from bots.

Your choices and rights

You can download a copy of your data and delete your account yourself from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your profile and the records you created. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request you cannot do yourself, email [email protected].

Children

SoulWin is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through accounts. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords. We keep information while your account or church is active, or until it is deleted.
