1. What SoulWin is for

SoulWin helps local churches coordinate door-to-door outreach: planning areas, recording which streets and houses were visited, reporting salvations, and organizing follow-up. Use it only for that purpose.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password and any two-step sign-in codes private. Tell your church admin and us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Accurate information

Give accurate information about yourself, and record visits, addresses, and reports honestly. Only record details about other people that they shared with you, and respect a person's wish not to be contacted again.

4. Respectful conduct

Treat the people you meet and other members with respect. Do not use SoulWin to harass anyone, to collect information for unrelated purposes, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other users' data.

5. Safety markers

"Mark & Avoid" markers are only for keeping outreach teams safe (for example, an aggressive dog or a request not to return). Do not use them to harass, shame, or target anyone. Keep notes short and factual, and do not include names, descriptions of people, or sensitive personal details such as health, race, religion, or immigration status. Admins may remove markers that break this rule.

6. Church admins

Each church controls its own space in SoulWin. Church admins can invite and remove members, change roles, and edit or remove records in their church. An admin may remove you from a church at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

7. Provided as-is

SoulWin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that maps and addresses are accurate. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to review and accept them again before you continue. You may stop using SoulWin and delete your account at any time from your Account page.
